Career

Gal Feingold is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Group as well as the Corporate Group, specializing in commercial loan agreements and project finance, including related regulatory issues. Gal represents banks, insurance companies, investment houses, financial institutions and other lenders, in Israel and abroad, in high-value and complex financing and credit facilities including acquisition financing, infrastructure projects, restructurings, loan syndications, debt arrangements, securitizations and purchase and sale of large credit portfolios. Gal has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the areas of banking and financing. In recent years Gal has been involved in financing facilities for the purchase of some of the largest companies in the Israeli market, and in representing lenders in financing major infrastructure projects in the energy field. Gal also advises various banking and financial institutions in matters relating to banking and related regulatory issues and provides them with legal advice on an ongoing basis. In addition, Gal has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including transactions involving insurance companies, and in other areas of corporate law.
