Aviv Avidan-Shalit is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group.
Aviv has extensive experience in providing clients with professional legal services, in all phases of corporate growth, from concept through exit, in a myriad of fields of technology including diagnostics, medical devices pharmaceuticals, operation analytics, Internet, software, digital printing, communications and homeland security.

Aviv represents entrepreneurs, investors and companies in financing transactions. Additionally, Aviv provides legal services to both her publicly traded and privately held clients  in connection with a range of commercial transactions. 

Aviv is deeply involved in the day-to-day legal operational and business activities of her clients, including in analyzing their strategic and legal needs and requirements with a view towards providing the clients with a superior legal solution which be well balanced against the commercial needs. Aviv assists clients in choosing and implementing financing solutions (including through private and public offerings), in handling their international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, in structuring distribution, licensing and marketing arrangements, in addressing tax structure issues, in considering relevant IP strategies, bonus and benefits plans.
