Career
Jonathan M. Nathan is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Jonathan has vast experience in representation of Israeli companies and investors in U.S. capital markets, and plays a leading role in the firm’s practice in that area.
Jonathan’s practice is at the intersection of U.S. securities laws/stock exchange-related matters and Israeli Companies Law, as well as general corporate representation of Israeli clients seeking capital abroad. Jonathan advises on capital markets aspects of a wide range of transactions, including M&A, tender offers and going-private transactions.
Prior to moving to Israel and joining the firm in 2008, Jonathan practiced Corporate and Securities law for six years at large law firms in New York, most recently at Reed Smith LLP (from 2005 to 2008).
