Rami Landa heads the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group.
Rami has over 30 years of vast experience in all aspects of labor law and HR matters.
Rami represents corporate clients in complex labor-related litigation and advises corporations on a wide range of employment law matters, including current and day-to-day legal issues, labor law aspects of M&A transactions and privatizations, employment-related due diligence, labor unions and work councils, termination of employment issues, structuring executive compensation arrangements, MBO transactions, and adaptation of HR policies and employee manuals for multinational companies to Israeli law.
Rami also advises regularly on labor-related IP matters, including breaches of employee non-disclosure agreements, non-competition or non-solicitation agreements.
Rami specializes in Labor litigation in all instances, including preventive counseling and strategies to avoid litigation.
