Einat Itzhak is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group and has extensive experience in a broad variety of real estate transactions.
Einat represents entrepreneurs and companies from the real estate and infrastructure sector, from the planning and acquisition stages, through the development, construction and registration stages. Her practice concentrates on development projects, combination transactions, purchase groups, sale & leasebacks of logistics sites and buildings, and income-yielding properties, including office buildings, industrial zones and residential projects.
Einat has significant experience in representing commercial companies in lease agreements, including construction and long-term lease agreements of large-scale campuses for hi-tech companies. Einat also has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts with architects, project managers, engineers, consultants and contractors.
