Livian Segal is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group. He specializes in regular and complex litigation and has extensive experience in various fields of law, especially in white-collar criminal offences, commercial, public and civil law, shareholders disputes, telecommunication, environmental law and contractual disputes.
Livian has represented leading Israeli telecommunication companies, international companies, banks and other leading business entities.
In addition, Livian has provided pro bono legal services in cases concerning animal protection, a new and emerging field of law.
Together with Adv. Eyal Rosovsky, Livian teaches the course “The Secrets of Litigation” at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law in Jerusalem.
