Career

Danit is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. Since she joined Lipa Meir in 2002, Danit has gained extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt and equity financing and collaterals.

In addition, Danit specializes in all aspects of corporate recovery, insolvencies, creditors’ arrangements and rehabilitation of distressed companies. She has consistently represented directors, trustees, lenders and other creditors of financially distressed companies and has acted on the largest corporate recovery cases in Israel.

Danit has been named as one of the top 40 promising executives under the age of 40 (Globes newspaper, 2011).

Danit has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Israel Ministry of Environment for her contribution to the operation of evacuating hazardous materials from Electrochemical Industries’ plant as part of its stay of proceedings procedure.
