Career
Yariv is a partner in Lipa Meir and Head of Real Estate and Finance Department. His practice focuses on the healthcare insurance industry, credit and factoring transactions. He provides ongoing legal advice to clients regarding commercial matters related to corporate issues, real estate transactions, and contracting and construction transactions.
Yariv acts as a legal advisor to the Clalit Health Services in connection with its insurance plan and many other additional medical services it offers. He provides legal advice to clients in the medical, insurance, and healthcare regulation field, including tender offers, negotiations, etc.
Yariv provides ongoing legal advice and representation in the credit, securities, and factoring domains to corporations, banks and insurance companies, including court appearances and representation in an array of insurance cases. Yariv also represents banks in restructuring, receivership and insolvency proceedings.
