Career

Gali is a partner in the firm’s litigation department and head of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice area. Gali handles all matters concerning Intellectual Property, including registration procedures and general counseling.

Gali is a proven litigator, successfully dealing with litigation of Intellectual Property cases. Gali has appeared before Israeli civil and appellate courts as well as other tribunals such as the Trademark Registrar. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of litigation including trademark office proceedings, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent design infringement, passing off and unjust enrichment.

Gali provides continuous counseling to the firm’s clients in matters related to Intellectual Property, including registration of trademarks and patent designs and preparation of opinions in various Intellectual Property issues.

In addition, Gali handles litigation cases with technological aspects as well as with other complex civil matters.
