Position
Partner Roberto Tallarita has been with LMS since its foundation and is a partner since 2012. Roberto focuses his practice on corporate, public and private M&A, private equity and transactions on distressed assets. His recent practice includes assistance in multi-jurisdiction LBOs, counselling public and private companies on corporate and regulatory issues and cross-border restructuring transactions. He also advises on complex debt restructuring matters involving sophisticated equity and debt structures and the utilization of consensual restructuring procedure under the Italian Bankruptcy Law. Before participating in the foundation of LMS, Roberto worked at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners in Rome. He was a Visiting Foreign Lawyer at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York.
