Position

David is Partner and Head of Employment Law at Gorvins Solicitors. David advises across the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, for both employers and employees. David is an experienced litigator and advocate in the Employment Tribunal and has had significant success defending employment claims on behalf of employers. As well as providing day-to-day advice to his employer clients, David also has expertise in more complex employment issues such as whistleblowing, TUPE, the role of directors and the application and enforceability of restrictive covenants.
