Position

Katarina is a Partner at Law Firm Georgi Dimitrov Attorneys. Her field of expertise includes corporate law, tax law, energy and mining law, foreign investments and contract law. She is currently counsel of a foreign investor involved in an infrastructure project in Macedonia and she counseled in a dispute involving an international franchise in arbitration proceedings conducted before the ICC.
Since 2017, Katarina advised clients in the biggest mining deals on the market such as the sale of Lynx Resources for US$405 million by Orion Mine Finance and Fusion Capital, sale to Osisko of Orion’s Mine Finance Royalty and Stream portfolio for US$1.125 billion, advised Atalaya Mining in potential acquisition of a green-field mine project, advised Traxys Capital Partners in a potential acquisition of a brown field mine project, advised Orion Mine Finance on a potential loan arrangement in a green-field mine project. She is currently the key legal advisor to Intrakat concerning their PP porject for construction of a Clinical hospital, exceeding 60 mio of value.
