Position

Hilla Peleg is a partner in our Litigation department and focuses her practice on class actionsn antitrust and competition litigation with specific expertise in the telecoms, energy and consumer goods sectors. She brings clients a wealth of experience in antitrust litigation, acting for clients in all criminal proceedings and hearings before the Israel Antitrust Authority. 

Having joined Agmon in 2008, Hilla’s clients include some of Israel’s largest communications, energy and industrial corporations, as well as banks and financial holding companies.

In recent years, Hilla has been involved in some of the complex and innovative cases in her field, some of which have set a precedent in Israel, such as representing a leading Israeli bank in an appeal on the Antitrust Commissioner ruling regarding information exchange between banks.
