Though we recognise that there is always more to do, we are proud to stand behind these values. Amongst our diversity and inclusion initiatives are:

  • A deep commitment to recruitment from a diverse pool of talent, seeking out diversity of thought, experience, background, and characteristics;
  • Ongoing support for our female members of staff, including through our membership of the inter-firm “Shutafot” initiative, which provides mentorship and training to female associates as they gain seniority;
  • Normalisation of policies to encourage co-parenting, with augmented parental leave for all staff; · Longstanding support for non-profit organisation, LGBTech, providing pro bono advice as well as wider support, in their mission to promote LGBT+ diversity and inclusion in the Israeli workplace; · Provision of pro bono advice and support to the Ruth Vrobel Foundation, which provides patients with chronic illnesses and their families, with emotional and social assistance; and
  • Volunteer work with school-children from different socio-economic backgrounds, teaching them about their options for careers in law.
