My commercial practice includes commercial lease renewal applications for either Landlord or Tenant, forfeiture, dilapidations, contested break notices and the recovery of service charge and rent arrears. On the residential side I deal with residential landlord and tenant includes possession proceedings, forfeiture, construction of leases, service charge and leasehold enfranchisement disputes.
