Tanya deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including: mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and other commercial agreements; lending and security work; general corporate and commercial advice; LLPs (including LLP agreements and conversion to an LLP), corporate finance and public listed company transactions; including Official List and AIM IPOs, rights issues, demergers; incorporation of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) companies and corporate finance for non-listed companies. Tanya also provides commercial and corporate advice for media related clients, including British Board of Film Classification, All 3 Media and Skillset.
