Position

Thomas Lettau is a partner and co-head of the Corporate/M&A practice group at bpv Huegel. His clients include domestic and foreign strategic investors, private equity funds and financial institutions. He specialises in domestic and international M&A transactions and joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments as well as cross-border corporate reorganisations. He also provides high-level, strategic advice to the boards and senior management of companies.

Thomas is recognised for his work in corporate/M&A in law directories such as JUVE, Legal 500, IFLR and Handelsblatt (Best Lawyers-Ranking).
