Position

Ingo is a partner and co-head of the Finance & Regulatory practice group at bpv Huegel and is also active in the practice areas Insurance and Restructuring & Insolvency. His practice focuses on a broad range of structured and corporate finance transactions and regulatory advice, including asset based lending, asset finance, acquisition finance, leasing, loan (portfolio) sales, distressed situations and restructuring. He also advises in insurance and insurance regulatory matters.

  • global UK bank on the amendment of a USD 200 million credit line according to ESG criteria with the Austrian subsidiary (European headquarters)
  • IMMOFINANZ AG (listed on Vienna and Warsaw stock exchange) on an approx. EUR 340 million intra-group long-term senior facility agreement with CPI Property Group (listed on Frankfurt stock exchange) as lender for financing the acquisition of a majority shareholding in S IMMO AG (listed on Vienna stock exchange)
  • major French credit institution on the transfer of loans and collateral together with loan receivables of a German branch to its German subsidiary
  • German investment and asset development group on regulatory law and the financing structure of energy efficiency projects and contract documentation in Austria
