Position

Managing Partner of CCA. Domingos Cruz focuses his practice on Corporate Law, including M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. He also advises clients regarding all kind of financing agreements and strategies, namely corporate finance, project finance, asset finance and real estate finance. He leads Corporate/M&A operations, including Private Equity and venture capital transactions, providing legal support to domestic and foreign companies, multinationals and startups.
