Founding partner of CCA. Carlos Cruz practice covers a wide spectrum of business and commercial law. He has an extensive background experience in the areas of TMT and Intellectual Property, representing some of the largest Media companies in Portugal. He also has a recognized expertise on corporate law. Carlos Cruz represents companies and private clients before Court and Arbitration Tribunals and in settlement negotiations.

Career

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 1976. Professor of Employment Law, Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (1979). He regularly participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences pertaining to his fields of expertise.
