Jasper is a partner in Stek’s corporate and commercial team. He represents national and international clients in corporate transactions and advises on a variety of commercial contracts. In addition, he acts as arbitrator and as binding advisor and is regularly appointed as investigator by the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam in corporate litigation matters.
