Malu Dijkstra is a senior associate in Stek’s corporate group and member of the heathcare team. She advises private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on (inter)national mergers and acquisitions, management / leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, restructuring and other corporate law issues. She also regularly works with international law firms on cross-border transactions. Before she joined Stek in 2017, she worked as a corporate / M&A attorney at Loyens & Loeff for over 10 years, inluding a secondment (in 2013)  to the Loyens & Loeff Singapore office (for 6 months) and to Ali Budiardjo Nugroho Reksodiputro (ABNR Counsellors at law) (for 3 months).
