Ruben is a partner in Stek’s corporate group and has ample experience with M&A transactions.. He advises private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and corporate governance. He also regularly works with international law firms on cross-border transactions. Ruben has particular expertise in private equity transactions and transactions in the information technology-sector.
