Position

Max is counsel in the dispute resolution department of Stek. He has ample experience in cross border litigation & arbitration. His practice covers the full range of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and tort-law liability, the enforcement of court orders and private international law. Max regularly acts as counsel in (international) arbitration.

Max is a board member of the young practitioner’s committee of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute and a member of the Corporate Disputes Committee of the Dutch Arbitration Association. Max is recommended in the Legal 500 EMEA 2019, 2021 and 2022 for Commercial Litigation.
