He has 20 years of extensive experience, representing local and international clients, providing counselling in the fields of labor, maritime and commercial law. He also represents his clients before relevant governmental authorities and involved in litigation.
Erdal Gökçe as one of our partners heads Employment and Labor Law practice area. He is also a recognized person as an expert of nearly all of the Labor Courts of Istanbul: hence, he has a significant expertise in the approach of the courts to legal disputes and acts actively in guiding courts in Labor Law issues. He has published a book on Labor Law.
