Specializes in-court and out-of-court employment law.

Deals with employment and social security law issues in court and out of court and provides advice and assistance to domestic and international clients in labour and employment law issues (contract drafting, agency agreements, self-employment agreements, agreements for managers/executives and directors, staff secondment arrangements, social security issues, retention plans, non-competition agreements etc.), individual and collective dismissal procedures, industrial relations, business transfers, corporate reorganisations.

She also focuses on commercial contract drafting for businesses (distribution agreements and supply contracts among others) providing in-court and out-of-court legal assistance.

Member of AGI (Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani – the Italian association of employment lawyers) and Meritas, the international association of law firms.
