Attorney at Law

Philip Raich has worked for the law firm Ospelt & Partner Attorneys at Law Ltd. since 2020. After completing his law studies at the University of Vienna and subsequent court practice in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, he worked as a research assistant at the European Centre for E-Commerce and Internet Law in Vienna in 2003.

He began his professional career as a trainee lawyer at a corporate law firm in 2004. In 2008 he successfully passed the Austrian bar examination. From 2007 to 2014 Philip Raich worked for one of the leading corporate law firms in Austria. He specialised in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and foundation law and headed the Corporate Services Desk.

In the year 2014 he moved with his family to Liechtenstein. Between 2014 and 2017 he worked for a major law firm in Vaduz. From 2017 to 2020 he worked as a Senior Legal, Compliance and Risk Management Consultant for a major trust company.
