Career

Pepijn van Ginneken (partner) is a specialist in competition, EU law and regulated industries. He has considerable experience of representing national and international clients before the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM), the European Commission and the Dutch and European courts, including litigating and pleading a substantial number of cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Pepijn has particular specialist expertise in regulated sectors such as telecoms, media, technology, healthcare and energy.

Pepijn lectured competition law at Leiden University and Grotius Academy Nijmegen. Publications include articles in Oxford Journal of European Competition Law and Practice.
