Régis is primarily involved in commercial contracts, personal data protection (GDPR), and intellectual property law. Regis worked for over 12 years within large international groups such as Areva, as international legal counsel and legal director, where he spearheaded the legal and contractual risk management proceedings throughout the sales, negotiation and execution processes for major industry and technology projects. As a specialist in complex contractual operations and a renowned expert of the industrial sector, Régis subsequently headed several law firms, including Aperwin which he co-founded in 2017, before co-founding Mermoz.
