Career

Arnaud Levasseur is primarily involved in private equity and M&A transactions. He assists financial investors, industry stakeholders as well as entrepreneurs and managers in their strategic transactions, both in France and abroad. Prior to co-founding Mermoz, Arnaud developed a wealth of experience in law firms such as Paul Hastings and Hogan Lovells (where he worked as counsel), and as a Partner in the corporate department for Jeausserand Audouard.
