Career

For over fifteen years, Nada Sbaï has developed an expertise in mergers and acquisitions and LBO transactions. She supports in particular the partners and managers of mid-market companies, SMEs as well as French and international groups, as part of their development and as start-ups in the context of fundraising and the structuring of their shareholdings and the interest of their managers. She joined the HPML’s Mergers & Acquisitions Team in 2002.
