Career

Alexander Höller has been an attoreny at KWR since 2020 and heads the IT & Digitalisation team.
Prior to practising law, Alexander Höller worked as a research assistant (2011 to 2012; chair of Univ.Prof. Dr. Raimund Bollenberger and Univ.Prof. Dr. Georg E. Kodek) and university assistant (2012 to 2015; chair of Univ.Prof. Dr. Martin Spitzer) at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and as a research assistant at the Supreme Court (2011). During his research stay (2015) at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, he was able to deepen his academic skills. He completed his judicial practice in the district of the Vienna Higher Regional Court from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Alexander Höller joined a renowned law firm as an associate, where he also worked as a n attorney from 2019. During this time, his focus was already on IT, software and data protection law. In 2020, Alexander Höller deepened his knowledge of data protection law at a specialised law firm.
