Career

Mats Schröder has been with KWR since 2012 and has been a lawyer since 2018. He specialises in public procurement law and is thus particularly active in the area of handling extensive award procedures in the upper and lower threshold range for public contracting authorities. In addition, Mats Schröder represents companies on the bidding side in the enforcement of claims before the public procurement control authorities. Mats Schröder spent his entire professional career (student to lawyer) at KWR. In addition to his work as a lawyer at KWR, Mats Schröder lectures in the field of public procurement law (KDZ) and, as a member of the core team of the “Young Procurement Lawyers” (ÖWAV), is jointly responsible for the organisation of events in the field of public procurement law.
