Ketlin regularly supports clients with day-to-day cross-border employment advice, advising on hiring and terminations as well as restructurings, occupational health and safety matters and employment related disputes. She also has extensive experience in migration matters, including visas and residence permits for business and employment and employee mobility. In addition to the above, Ketlin advises companies in different corporate proceedings, such as day-to-day corporate matters, mergers, divisions and reorganizations.
