Helena Rönqvist is head of the IT/IP and media law practice at Magnusson. She has several years’ experience as a Swedish lawyer both from private practice and as legal counsel within the IT/tech industry. She advices Swedish and international companies across a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, retail, life science and technology. She supports in all commercial aspects related to intellectual property, including brand enforcement, copyrights, anti-counterfeit, advertisement, consumer law and digital media. Helena Rönqvist also works with licensing, IT, outsourcing and other commercial agreements as well as data protection and transactions.
