Career
Magdalena Berg is a partner at the Stockholm office. Magdalena focuses her practice on matters involving national and complex cross-border litigation and arbitration, including acting as an arbitrator. Magdalena also has several years of experience working on employment law, commercial law and M&A. Magdalena`s expertise covers enforcement of judgements related to cross-border disputes, the Brussels I Convention, the 2005 Convention on the Choice of Court and private international law.
Magdalena frequently acts as counsel in cases at the national courts in Sweden and in arbitration proceedings and has been lead counsel in litigations and arbitrations. She lectures in post M&A disputes at the University of Uppsala. In addition, Magdalena regularly conducts seminars and writes articles about dispute resolution, employment law and corporate internal investigations.
