Career

Bianca Eremia joined RTPR in 2010. Bianca has extensive experience in banking and finance, advising both domestic and international banks and financial institutions, as well as borrowers on various complex banking and finance transactions, which involved syndicated or bilateral financings, municipal loans, public debt, public procurement, perfection of guarantees and securities related matters, advice on regulated sectors.
Bianca assisted Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) on financing matters in the context of its acquisition of a portfolio of power assets owned by CEZ Group in Romania; a syndicate of banks made up of Banca Comercială Română, as coordinator, ING Bank Amsterdam – Bucharest Branch, Raiffeisen Bank and UniCredit Țiriac Bank on a credit facility in amount of USD360m granted to KMG International (former The Rompetrol Group) for refinancing some existing debts and for covering the regular demands; the arranging banks, Erste Group Bank, ING Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas, Bank Zachodni WBK (a member of Santander Group) and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski on a EUR177m financing for P&P Spearhead, a group engaged in the agricultural sector primarily in Central and Eastern Europe; Ardian, an independent private investment company, on the arrangement of a senior debt financing facility to finance Castik Capital’s acquisition of Wolters Kluwer Transport Services, a leading European-focused provider of logistics management software platforms.
