Hugh is the head of the Patent Litigation Department. He specialises in patent, design, technical copyright and unlawful competition litigation. Hugh has extensive litigation experience in a broad spectrum of fields including the mechanical, mining, metallurgical, electrical, chemical and pharmaceutical fields.
