Dr. Mohamed A. Tumi is the founding partner of the titular law firm , an academically accomplished man, who has invested extensive time into his further education, recognizing that good practice of the law requires a profound knowledge that can only be granted with University study.

Story of Dedication

After his impressive pursuit of education, Dr. Mohamed Tumi has enjoyed a distinguished career, gaining over 30 years of valuable working experience in a myriad of positions.  For example, Dr. Tumi has had the privilege of occupying the post of Senior Legal Consultant to AGIP Oil Company, an important role not taken lightly.

Moreover, in note again of his profound understanding of the importance of education regarding law, Tumi has taken it upon himself to dedicate a considerable amount of his time to lecturing students in Tripoli, building a great leverage of his legacy as a top lawyer.

Dr. Tumi’s law practice primarily concentrates (but is not limited) on the Oil and Gas sector, the Civil and Public Work contracts, the International Commercial Transactions, the Manufacturing and Industry Regulations, and the general matters of business legality.

Within these industries, Dr. Tumi has been afforded the opportunity of representing both national and multinational companies and organizations in their various transactions. He has contributed his professional insight expertly to the likes of joint ventures, concessions, EPSA, DEPSA, and EPC agreements, as well as Midstream and Downstream Oil and Gas contracts, MOUs, shareholders’ agreements, Infrastructure projects, BOT and BOOT, and commercial disputes.  Tumi’s role in these ventures has primarily been directed towards advising and representing clients with respect to litigation and legal proceedings.
