Career

Arthur joined the Gross & Co. Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice in 2016 and specializes in the fields of corporate and securities law, M&A, venture capital, angel financing, private offerings, and cross-border commercial transactions.

Arthur represents Israeli and international clients in the software, cyber, fintech, automotive, insurance, food-tech, and big-data analytics fields.

Arthur also assists start-ups with incorporation, ongoing counseling, option and securities related matters and all stages of financing from Seed to IPO.

Arthur advises multinational fortune 500 companies regarding a wide array of finance and investment agreements, M&A, and complex international transactions, including restructuring of multinational holding structures.

Arthur was also a teaching assistant to Dr. Ayal Shenhav, the head of the firm’s high-tech practice at the Tel Aviv University faculty of law.
