Career

David Olshtein joined Gross & Co. in 2015.
Prior to that he worked at the Israel Securities Authority, and was an intern at the office of The Deputy Attorney General for Fiscal-Economic Matters.
David advises boards and managements of large Israeli public companies on various legal issues, including corporate law, securities law, regulation, corporate governance, offerings, financings, M&As and other commercial transactions.
David also provides clients with ongoing legal advice on dividend distributions and the Israeli Promotion of Competition and Reduction of Concentration Law.
Furthermore, David is a lecturer at the Israel Bar Association and the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he instructs courses for directors and officers.
