Michal is a is a member of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice Group at Gross & Co. , where she represents private technology-based companies in a variety of industries and different stages of their development. Her practice includes, inter alia, cross border mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating international commercial transactions, venture capital and financing transactions (including early stage and debt financing), as well as ongoing corporate counseling.

Prior to joining Gross & Co. in 2015, Michal interned in a leading commercial law firm in Israel.
