Asaf is a member of the Hi-Tech and Venture Capital Practice Group at Gross & Co.

Asaf represents private equity and venture capital funds, strategic and individual investors, and companies at all stages of development, in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions. Asaf’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, capital financing, technology licensing, and general corporate counseling.

Asaf joined our firm in 2015 as an intern, and returned as an associate in 2016.
