Career
Guy Gershon joined Gross & Co. in 2011 as an associate in the Labor Law Practice, before which he worked in a boutique law firm specializing in labor law for two years.
In his practice, Guy advises Israeli and multinational clients on ongoing labor related matters from early stage start-up companies to large multinational and well-established industrial companies. This includes legal advice on private and collective labor law issues, ongoing consultancy, composing labor related agreements, and legal opinions of various matters, assisting with termination procedures and complex issues of harassment or discrimination claims.
Guy has extensive experience in handling labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions and has been involved in dozens of transactions, representing target companies, acquiring companies and investors.
Guy has extensive litigation experience in representing Gross & Co. clients in the labor courts as well as in additional tribunals including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labor and the Population and Immigration Authority.
