Aya Yoffe specializes in representing both public and private companies in investment transactions, mergers, acquisitions and related proceedings. In addition, she advises and counsels companies whose shares are publicly traded in Israel, Europe and the U.S.
She has worked with clients in raising capital from both public and private sources including debt financing, and has represented investment bankers and foreign investors in their activities in Israel.
Aya is a member of the Legal Forum of (Israeli) Association of Publicly Traded Companies.
Aya joined GKH in 1993 and became a partner in 1999.
