Career
Yoav specializes in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, corporate law, securities law and capital markets, corporate governance and commercial transactions.
Yoav has extensive experience in various domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, representing both Israeli and international clients. Over the years, Yoav has played a dominant role in complex, high-profile multi-billion dollar transactions. Yoav has also led mid-size M&A transactions, including asset purchase transactions, investment transactions and joint ventures, representing both investors and target companies. In addition, Yoav advises Israeli Start-Ups (both in early and advanced stages) in their day-to-day operations, including investment rounds and exit transactions.
Yoav regularly counsels and advises Israeli corporations on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including, corporate governance, D&O fiduciary duties, ESOPs and executive compensation, corporate reorganization, capital raisings, dividends and capital reduction, etc. Yoav is highly experienced in representing public companies, whose securities are publicly traded, with respect to regulatory matters, public filings, etc.
Yoav has joined Gross & Co. in 2011, after being an associate in a leading Israeli law firm for several years. Yoav has been a partner since 2016.
