Career

Tami Fishman Jutkowitz is a member of Life Sciences Practice of Gross & Co. She serves clients that range in size from individuals, early stage start-ups to substantial corporations. Tami assists these clients with a range of transactions, both domestic and international, including licensing and technology transfer agreements, strategic alliances, private financing, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing general legal advice.

Prior to joining Gross & Co. Tami was General Counsel of Compugen Ltd. and Rosetta Genomics Ltd., where she successfully structured, coordinated, and negotiated technology-based transactions with numerous worldwide pharmaceutical companies, and leading academic and health institutions. In both companies Tami also led several private and public financings (including Rosetta Genomics’ IPO) and was responsible for all legal corporate and securities compliance. Prior to her role at Rosetta Genomics Ltd. Tami was an associate in a leading law firm in Tel Aviv, where she dealt primarily with technology based transactions.
