Yuval Eden specializes in capital markets, corporate law and corporate finance and advises public companies on varied aspects of securities law, corporate law, corporate governance, and financing.

Yuval Eden advises both Israeli and foreign companies on aspects related to securities and corporate laws as well as raising capital and debt in Israel and has extensive experience advising public companies boards on those aspects and advising IPO’s and secondary offerings of Israeli and foreign companies asking to rise equity and debt on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

In addition, Yuval represents private and public companies in financing agreements, M&A transactions and debt restructuring.
