Career
Roni Bareket is an associate in the firm’s banking department.
Roni advises to private and public companies, banks and other financial entities on matters relating to legal and regulatory aspects, including, ongoing capital market activities. Roni provides legal counsel in transactions and ongoing variety of aspects of securities law, corporate law, corporate governance, remuneration and financial regulation.
Roni also accompanies public companies in raising capital and debt, represents companies before the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and establishes and implements compliance plans.
Roni joined Gross & Co. in 2017 as an intern and returned as an associate in 2019.
