Asaf Stott is a member of the Merger and Acquisition Practice at Gross & Co.

Asaf advises private, governmental, and public companies as well as partnerships, and has experience in a variety of fields, including in mergers and acquisitions (in international and domestic transactions), corporate law, capital markets and mutual funds.

Prior to joining Gross, Asaf served as the Chief Legal Officer and Enforcement Officer of a leading mutual funds company after completing an internship at a leading commercial law firm.
